What are the eligibility criteria for the rent-free promotion?

To qualify for the rent free promotion, you must sign a lease agreement for a minimum of 12 months. You must be a new contact with no prior interaction with the Eat Work Art Resident Curation team.

The ‘rent-free’ promotion is available exclusively for studio leases with a duration of a minimum of 12 months, limited to selected studio spaces only.
The rent-free promotion does not cover service charges and utility bills.
All inquiries are contingent upon studio availability, subject to the discretion of Eat Work Art, and are governed by the terms and conditions outlined in the lease contract.
This promotion is applicable solely for new lease agreements and does not apply to lease renewals or extensions.
The ‘rent-free’ promotion will be applied to your 2nd month’s rent invoice.
This promotion cannot be combined with Eat Work Art’s Resident Referral Programme or any other existing promotions.
By participating in this promotion, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Eat Work Art reserves the right to interpret these terms and conditions and to resolve any disputes at its discretion.
Eat Work Art reserves the right to modify or terminate any aspect of the promotion at any time without prior notice. Additionally, Eat Work Art retains the discretion to decline the promotion to any customer or revoke the offer if the resident breaches their tenancy agreement.
